SharkNet: Enterprise Maintenance and Support Program
The SharkNet Enterprise Maintenance and Support Program provides corporate users of Wireshark with a viable, expert channel for maintenance and technical support, along with umbrella coverage for Shark Distributed Monitoring System, CACE Pilot, WiFi Pilot, AirPcap, and TurboCap.
The SharkNet Enterprise Maintenance and Support Program is designed for corporate users who:
- Wish to utilize the Wireshark open source analyzer to deliver outstanding network and packet diagnostic functionality at no cost, but have been unable to do so without a support mechanism in place.
- Wish to make Wireshark a company standard, and therefore need to acquire a maintenance and support program that complies with their corporate procurement and deployment policies.
- Seek well-defined paths to resolve Wireshark technical problems.
- Own one, some, or all of CACE Pilot (local), WiFi Pilot, AirPcap, and TurboCap products, and want easy, comprehensive, and affordable support coverage for all of them.
CACE Technologies’ Product Support
CACE Technologies’ customers can receive support for their CACE product purchases through our on-line Tech Support Form.
Note that this support form is for pre- and post-sales assistance for products developed by CACE Technologies. We do not provide support for freeware and open-source tools, including those provided in The Network Toolkit and in the AirPcap Software Distribution. Those third-party tools have their own support forums that can be found through their respective web sites.
